What personal data minhtai.art collects, why, how long it is kept, and your rights under Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law.

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

minhtai.art is the official website of Vietnamese folk singer Đoàn Minh Tài, run by the singer’s management (“we”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, how long we keep it and what rights you have, under Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.

Who is responsible

The management of singer Đoàn Minh Tài is the data controller. Please send any question or request about your personal data to [email protected].

What we collect

  • The booking and collaboration form: your full name, email, phone number, organisation / company, type of request, preferred date, location and message. Only name, email, type of request and message are required.
  • Emails you send directly to [email protected].
  • Spam protection: when you send the form, your IP address is hashed (one-way encoded) to limit how often the form can be sent. The value is deleted after one hour and is never stored with your request.
  • Server logs: the hosting provider records IP address, time, pages viewed and browser type to run and protect the server.

We use no analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send such information through the form.

What we use it for

  • Replying to performance, collaboration, advertising and press requests.
  • Negotiating, signing and carrying out a contract if we reach an agreement.
  • Preventing spam and keeping the website secure.

We do not sell, rent or use your data for advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data when you choose to send us the form or an email (your consent), and when it is needed to prepare or perform a contract with you. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect processing that has already taken place.

Who can see it

Your request is stored in the website’s admin area (visible only to administrator accounts) and sent to the [email protected] mailbox. It can be seen by the singer’s management and, when maintenance requires it, by the website’s developer and maintainer (Maxspell). The hosting and email providers store data on our behalf. If the server is located outside Vietnam, data is transferred abroad in line with personal data protection rules. We share data with public authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests and emails are kept as long as needed to discuss and carry out the collaboration, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example, records of a signed contract). The spam-protection value is deleted after one hour.

Your rights

  • To be informed about how your data is processed.
  • To give or withdraw consent.
  • To access, correct and receive a copy of your data.
  • To ask for deletion, or to restrict or object to processing.
  • To complain, report, take legal action and claim compensation as provided by law.

Send your request to [email protected]; we reply within the time limits set by law. If you are in the European Union, you also have the corresponding rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, restricts access to the admin area and keeps its software up to date. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

Videos and external links

Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube’s servers (i.ytimg.com), so Google receives your IP address when the page is displayed. The YouTube player only loads when you press play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); from then on Google’s privacy policy applies. Links to Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, newspapers and ticket sellers open only when you click them, and those sites have their own policies.

For cookies, see the Cookie policy.

Children

The website is not intended for children under 16. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way the website works changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
